We are currently seeking to hire an Associate Attorney with experience in the area of family law to join our growing practice. Competitive compensation package include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation as well as performance-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities for the Family Law Associate Attorney include:

• Drafting petitions, motions, ex parte applications, PDDs, FDDs, DVRO, TRO;
• Draft/prepare correspondences to opposing party/counsel;
• Meet with clients;
• Court appearances;
• Depo prep and Depositions;
• Mediation;
• Propound and respond to discovery;
• Trial preparation;
• Trial

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in family law;
• Must be licensed in California and in good standing;
• Must have strong attention to detail;
• Team player, self-motivated;
• Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); and
• Must possess knowledge of the Family Code Sections applicable to custody and visitation Requests for Order.

We are a boutique law firm in Sherman Oaks and we are seeking to hire an Immigration Paralegal to join our growing practice. Responsibilities for the Immigration Paralegal include:

• Drafting and assembling family-based petitions
• asylum
• U Visas
• VAWA
• Consular Processing
• heavy client/Service contact
• familiarity with O, L and E visas is a plus but not required!

Familiarity with MacOS (apple operating systems) is preferred but not required.
